As I use the Oculus more, there’s less need for the cheaters.  Takes some time to get use to the fuzzier presentation in comparison to the monitor.  Very impressed with the realism factor of flying with the Oculus.  Quite near to doing it for real.

looking AT the site it will be doubled up, look THROUGH the site you'll see only  the one. It has to do with having two eyes 

I concentrated on looking through the sight as you suggested and it worked great.  Just another new thing to get used to.

Seeing two gunsights is an optical illusion caused by focusing near on a distant object. You can illustrate this by holding one finger up at arms length in front of you and a finger on your other hand halfway between your eyes and the arm's length finger.

Focus on the close finger and you see two distant fingers and vice versa.
