I'm not sure if I've shared this here already but none-the-less ....

The fifth year of the original U.S.S. Enterprise's 5 year mission. Technically, this is a fan project (although it is very professionally done as a non-profit venture) 11 episodes (10 and 11 being a 2 parter):

I watched one episode a while ago.  I vaguely knew they were making more of them, need to watch it at some point for sure.
