I don't trust people who do not take bribes. They are unpredictable. Say what you will about corruption, but at least there is a clear system at work and less bureaucracy.
That was the wonderful irony about Nigeria. They were honest about their corruption. Bribery there was a national past time. Now, straight up cons were another matter. That was a national sport. 😂
