In Warbirds we had a "page trainer button". A good idea if you get someone to get started.

In another game I fly, it took 2 hours just to set everything up, for one and 2 engined planes, and that was with a friend helping me, else I would have given up.

My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

resupply is just another one of those corner cutting tactics that "gamers" these days have over used. Its just another way to AVOID combat in "the best WW2 and WW1 combat experience online!" game.

Technically, one enemy GV qualifies as 'an attacking force.' Soldiers on patrol, citizens in the town, farmers or herders nearby may be able to tell that the GV belongs to 'the other guys' (even though AH distributes equipment equally).

HQ: Hello, General Melchett's office, Captain Darling speaking.

Herder: Hello, Darling. A tank ran over my sheep. Who's gonna pay for that?

Darling: Where did this happen?

Herder: Ten miles north of the village.

Darling (covering receiver): Corporal Baldrick, are there any armored vehicles operating north of town?

Baldrick: Theirs or ours?

Darling: Ours!

Baldrick: Today?

Darling: Today!

Baldrick: Not operating, sir.

Darling: Are there any parked?

Baldrick: Theirs or ours?

Darling (to herder): This may require compensation from another source. (hangs up)

General alarm, sector three!
We do not have sheep in AH anymore. Duh!

I told this to HT a thousand time - put sheep back in the game!

This is all good until we figure away around this.......and then you'll want to change it again

And this statement is the root of the problem.

When all is said and done...we the consumer are dumb.... if we werent we would have made such an awesome game without all the stuff we don't like by now and everyone will be happy....instead we beat our heads over and over to convey our dreams and asperations all the while tearing down the very rights we believe we have and expect from others to make a better game than the one we are Golly-geemed totally addicted to without puting our own time and effort into making our own....try as we may to hate this damn game...here we are still playing, albeit with a whinging tone....Gamers game, players play, the balance has been lost which is where things become pronounced.....it will turn again....and again we will cry, kick  bite and scream.... but one thing will be true.....it is because we just can't get enough of this stupid damn game !!!!...freedom of speech and righteousness has got in the way of humility.....

Things suck from time to time in this world....but that is just learning.....
