Yes all the night fighters tried but never hit anything. While they stopped operations to rethink how to make it work then Erich K. Sommer borrowed one the the gun pods from the night fighter squadron and tried to shoot down allied planes also never got anyone.

Factually more bullets were fired forward in an AR-234B than any AR-234B fired rearward.
Keep in mind if only one bullet was fired forward that is one more than was ever shot backwards. :cheers:
