OK all. 

I am doing this.

I am out for a few days closing on my house and moving.  Once I am all settled in, I will begin this training squadron and lets see how it goes.  Please feel free to help me promote it when opportunity arises.

I will start on Knights next week. 
Rooks the following week.
Bishop the next week.
*rinse and repeat...
