L'il Mick
« on: March 06, 2022, 03:42:22 AM »
Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.

This P-38J named "L'il Mick" was flown by Captain Marvin "Deacon" Childs of the 401st Fighter Squadron in late 1944. Childs survived the war and later flew in the Korean War, retiring from the Air Force in 1960. L'il Mick" was later flown by Lt Leon Croxton who, after taking damage that forced him to shut down his left engine, was forced to belly land it in friendly territory near the Belgian town of Florennes.
