Option to disable automatic mode switching

The new automatic mode selection is annoying as hell.

I fly most aircraft in mode 1 and have that mode set to have separate triggers for primary and secondary fire. When I fly planes where all the guns are the same type, I use mode 3 which I have set up the same as mode 1, only now the trigger is set to fire all guns.

With the old system, once mode 3 was selected it would stay in mode 3 until I changed to another mode or exit the arena. Now I have to select mode 3 every single time I launch a plane.

I also set the modes for various aircraft with different gun and ordinance packages. I thought you could toggle back and forth between manual and auto selection for modes by checking/unchecking the auto select mode box. Now that function doesn't seem to do anything, at least on my machine.
