If there had been rearm pads we wouldnt have been screwed Vulcan. We saw you guys coming the whole way. Our escorts did not have fuel to engage, plus we had about 20 190A5s taxiing around A47 looking for pads for about 10 minutes before hand. If there had been rearm pads our first 2 flights of escorts would have been refueled and up in the vicinity of A47 providing CAP to the rest of the force rtb'ing there. Your 3 Yaks would have been no factor. As it turned out,  75% of our force was left with no fuel.

Having destructible rearm pads is a pretty big factor to not have mentioned it beforehand. This was a major oversight on someones part and basically cost us any chance of victory. Before the debacle, we had totally destroyed 2 targets, and had the Allies outnumbered by 15 planes.

One other thing. Are ditches counted as "lost"?  Everyone one of my squaddies who exited from a grass strip got a ditch. That skewed the results even more.

Overall TOD is alot of fun, but the past 2 weeks show that the rules, etc still have some room for growth.
