A special air combat night

I was wondering if you guys who run the show could maybe add an "air combat" night just like the tank night. Maybe it would get more fighters in there to promote something like that. I would love it. Especially if more fighters would be in there. Maybe ask hitech to post y'all's events on the front page. Just a thought!

I feel like Tuesday would work better. Hard for me to make Monday after playing over the weekend. But, it's not about me, so which ever night you could get the most players is great!

Sweet. Yeah, I just think adding a fighter night to the mix would add some extra marketing and people to the AVA. Worth a shot.

Was wondering if you could post some maps on here that you think would be good? Maps go a long way in keeping players in the arena.

I been there and done that with the no icons in the AvA years ago...... having said that,I did like "Monday night madness" back when it first started up and the icons was set at 3.0K for both friendly and enemy ( iirc )...

but the last time I showed up, it was no icons monday Night madness......so i flew 1 sortie and got towered before i even knew what was going on.....so I just left

If y'all want to have it with or without icons, doesn't matter to me, it only decides whether I will spend my time in that arena or not

The AvsA is truly one of the sweet spots of Aces High....... it just goes through to many changes year in and year out for the past what is it now since we got the original CT arena? 2002? or was it 2001? I'm sure some of y'all can remember those days of CT Arena....... even after the name change to AvA it still was an awesome arenato participate in

Made it in there for a bit this evening.  Cuervo, Bixby and - of all lost souls - Larry, f/k/a Truekill.  Fights were excellent, as always.  I see I have forgotten much about surviving in a no-icon environment, but that added extra excitement.

As a side-note, the Boche have P-38s enabled at at least one of their bases.

Was like that last night (5th August).     IMNSHO, it should stay that way, or at least have rolling plane sets for the entire month, like the old days.
