Min Allied assignments are 64 and min commitments are 62.
Allies need more bodies. A lot more if we're going to have a significant number of P-47Ms.

I would imagine with late war stuff we should be above minimum commitment numbers, if not we have a couple contingencies in place. The Allies last month never went less than their minimum. The minimums on aircraft are to keep the balance on both fronts rather than one side seeing no action and one seeing all of it. It isn't meant to be any sort of penalty if the player minimums are not met.
