OK, so you have the new drivers downloaded in your Downloads folder, right?

Uninstall all the Nvidia drivers in Programs and Features which you can find in the Settings, or by a shortcut by right-clicking the Windows logo down left and left-clicking "Programs and Features".  When you've uninstalled them, choose the same shortcut and left-click "Device Manager". There you should find your Sound devices. Disable the Nvidia High Definition sound device (right click for a shortcut) but leave the Realtek High Def. Audio as is.

After having done that, reinstall the drivers from your Downloads folder, this time unchecking those I mentioned. And yes, check the Clean install box.

If by chance you would need to make sure all of your previous drivers are gone, there's third party programs for wiping them off. But that's another story.

ok i tried offline, same map and base as before, glitch still exist, here is a screen shot. u can see the water under the town .  and a new video. use external view in film viewer

Just a wild far fetched guess... What would happen if you shut down your computer by pressing the Shift button while clicking Shutdown? And then normally starting, of course? That's a magic trick that has saved my bacon more than once in various situations...

Ok fresh install, i made a online arena and tested same map. The glitch was gone. Trying to fly to sane base in main arena to check but knits are taking over lol. Ill do more testing. Seems to have worked though

have the Invidia GEforce experiance, its supposed to keep drivers up to date

I recommend not loading this feature, personally.... and just update your GPU drivers manually....

For the same reasons Bizman posted to get rid of the Nvidia hdmi sound driver, 3D driver, etc....

Edit: being on Windows 10,  you might find that it will possibly get reinstalled automatically when W10 updates....same goes for the other features/drivers Bizman posted about
