Clipboard zoomed out stuck

I zoomed my clipboard all the way out/ map on clipboard.. and then could not zoom back in,
used new +- icons , but then insert del did not work as well,
every time i hit  the buttons the map would flash
then i could not use the clipboard at all to log off game, had to alt f4
tried esc  a few times.. was bassically after zooming all the way out with new + icon the problems styarted..
Anyway.. thought you might want to know

I'm getting this about 1 in 5 times I play.
The cursor does not have any effect and cannot select anything after the full zoom out.
The cursor moves, and gameplay can continue, only nothing is selectable from the clipboard, so I relog wit task manager.
