Skins drop down Window upgrade

when choosing a skin, each time a skin is chosen the drop down list closes. It would be nice if it stayed open so you can check out different skins quickly.

perhaps add a close button so it doesn't auto close eveytime you select one?

it would be better if the scroll wheel moved the list showing the skins without having to click the box.

Scroll wheel implementation is badly needed. Maybe a skin showcase view also but that's just me looking for green emblems.
