Everyone thank Daddog for taking up slack for TOD#2

I was supposed to get the squads divided and the missions out by Sunday night, which I failed to do.  The short version is that life got in the way.  My thanks to Daddog for stepping in, and my apologies to all the TOD squads for dropping the ball on this.  Daddog, you're one in a million.
