The Ole' Ball coach is back
« on: February 09, 2019, 10:04:58 PM »
I've been watching this new football league..it's definitely not the NFL but seeing Spurrier ball again has been fun. I think the Atlanta team stuck with Matt Sims way too long.

Not familiar with it. Been watching college ball. No nfl anymore.

Any new league will definitely get my attention.

It's basically a last chance league so its pretty ugly but has some different rules like the D can only rush 5 and the game is designed to be faster paced. I do think pass interference is now a spot foul..I think i saw a 40 yard pass interference call where the foul happened at the 2 and thy put the ball there so they want high scoring games from what I've seen

I just read where they want to compliment the nfl not compete.

Now is a good time for another league to take the reins. If they are looking to compliment the nfl... I won't be watching them either. I am sick of the anti-American BS.

I'll stick with college football. Better quality football overall anyway.

ts called the AAF. I think it was a season opener last night. San Diego(?) and Texas.  Its way ahead of nothing at all.
