Remembering US airmen.
« on: February 22, 2019, 06:13:24 AM »

Man tends a memorial for his entire life after B17 aircrew looking to crashland in 1944 evade him and his mates playing in a field.  A chance meeting and conversation with the leading BBC news anchorman results in massive gathering in the field and flypast from serving US airmen/women.  To mark the 75th anniversary of their actions in saving civilian lives.

All crew were lost in the crash.

To these airmen and their likes of which we will never hear about.
