First, check the virus quarantine of your anti-virus and revert the AH.exe if it has been eaten plus put it to the exceptions list.

If that's not the case, try to start the actual .exe in the AcesHigh folder.

If that doesn't help, download the full game and install it over the existing one. That should keep all your settings safe while fixing the game.
