I disassembled the code, however, and it does have:

For me, when I come to end the game, my screen and mice locks and I now have to Alt Ctrl Del to kill the session.

Win 10 64 bit.

This same thing happens to me but it is only with the Rift Valley map.  When I click on the first button to Exit Arena the mouse freezes up and the only way out from that point on is to use Task Manager. 
I am Win 7

This....except I don't know if its just Rift Valley......It seems to happen every time I exit.....but I am not in very much so it could be the same map every time.....

I use Win 10 with DX9

Last night I logged on for a few and selected "Exit Arena" on Montis and I did not have the problem.  (on DX9).  Checking logs, it look as if when I was last on (2/24/19 ) I did have the problem but I do not remember the map.  My guess is that I see the problem about 90% of the time.  But this is just a guess.

It's likely DX9 on the RIFTVAL map (has already been reported in the BUG forums).
