Well the woman finally got around to cutting out the clots but she says because my roids are so macho that I'm going to eventually need real surgery. She did use anesthetic, three shots of lidocaine. If you've never had hypodermic injections right into your butt sphincter you don't know what you're missing.

Dont talk pain there till you've had a rectal biopsy including 8 samples being taken from your prostate with a device big as a D cell flashlight. No anesthesic works up there.
