New Editor Required

I just started playing with the editor.

Is a new editor requried to work with 1.07?
The shorebatteries and new airfield layouts are not present.

Also, when ever I die using a map I make, AH dumps me to the desktop.

You can still make maps with this editor version 1.01 even though the game has been upgraded to version 1.07.

Any terrain maps you make will not have any new fixed structures that they have added to the new version until the updated editor comes out.  When the updated editor comes out then you'll be able to add to the terrain you made, so build your terrain with the thought on being able to add new structures later.

For you dying and getting kicked to desktop  with the terrain you made, send me your .oba file of the terrain you made and I'll take a look at it.

Example if your terrain name was called Pokie, the send me the Pokie.oba that you would find in your c:/ProgramFiles/HTC/aheditor/terrains/Pokie

I think the problem is in that file.
