When I goto Offline Mission and select a mission I just created that has 4 planes in each flight, I am only able to see two of them in the flight combobox items.
I believe the full list is being clipped off and with only 4 planes it is not enough to get a scroll bar.
If you look very closely, you can
just see the tip tops of the "lik" in Polikarpov.
When loaded in Custom Arena, from the Populate dlg you can see there are 4 planes in each flight.
