Bret2947 and Cowboy25 from the ~~~THE UNFORGIVEN~~~.  Regardless if fields were left open by mistake doesn't negate that a squad that has been around FSO for a longtime would allow this.

I was unintentionally responsible for that situation.  I had the Fields Closed at T + 15.  When Combat Joined happened a few minutes later, I clicked them back open without realizing it thinking that they were open and needed to be closed.  It wasn't until later that the situation needed to be fixed and it was fixed. 

My apologies for that little slip up.

The CM staff will handle the incident.

AKKuya, you have nothing to apologize for. If you had left the kill shooter on, then yeah. In this instance, the other two are responsible for their own actions so they are the ones who owe the apology. I'm sure the CM staff will handle the situation with grace.

I would have thought that by now, pretty much everyone knew that FSO is a single ride/life event (aside from being a gunner).
