Why don't we create two wiki-pages (or Google docs spread sheets, or similar). One for everything that at least one person thinks is wrong with the game, makes people quit, or new players not subscribe. The other with everything that at least one person thinks should be changed, added, or removed for whatever reason.
That would avoid having to reiterate things over and over and over again. Where hitch opinion is available links to the forum could be included.
Pages should be well-structured so it is easy to verify if a certain topic is already covered (forum search function sucks a bit).
All it would take is a sufficiently neutral person to act as janitor curating those pages, otherwise they would end up in an edit-war. Summarizing 20 years of wishlist forum might be quite some work though.
