"To win the winter sky" May scenario registration.......
« on: February 23, 2020, 09:10:15 AM »
Ladies and Gentlemen!

Registration is now open for the May scenario

    May 2
    May 9
    May 16
    May 23
P-47D’s, P-51D’s, Typhoons, SpitfireXIV's, and B-26’s vs. FW 190D’s, Bf 106K’s, Bf 109G-14’s, FW 190A’s, and a few Ar 234’s.

Show-Up Time is 3 pm Eastern time in Special Events 2 arena.

Some of the best plane match ups of the era, in my opinion, in this scenario. Get registered soon, more players that register early allows for better planning and mission opportunities.

 :salute

There's something wrong with you if you are sitting inside on a computer at 3pm on a Saturday in May.

 :rofl :rofl :rofl
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

LoL.  I was just thinking the same thing.

During warm weather months, maybe events should stick to Mon-Thurs evenings.   ;)

I'd probably prefer to stay up late on a work night rather than sacrifice a Sat.  But I guess this place is mostly retired folks.  Every day is Sat for them. Bastids.  :D

It's not 3pm for you.

It's the number one reason I don't participate, now it's even more difficult as I have a 4 year old daughter.

I created the 12 hour scenario format to kind of mitigate the time spent on Saturday's but it's difficult to justify with 30+ people per side over 12 hours.

You can, but I think you need to move to Portlandia.   :noid

If Portland is too wet and cold for you, or you have an allergy to flannel, you could always try Austin.

Registration is filling up like Thunderbolts. In fact the p47-d25 jabo's are already filled. :aok

Is your favourite thing just like me to shoot down helpless low and slow p47's? Than fly AXIS!!
