"dump the touch controllers, they are garbage".. great tip genius.. arent you just the contributor.
Went for a spin with FLS and that lasted all of 10 minutes. First he gets mad at me for shooting him down in War Online Pacific, then completely ignores the questions i ask about the specific issue I was seeking assistance with so he can make me let him show me how to Immelmann.
My issues have not changed since day one and after i filter out the garbage and useless insults from trolls like you Drano, I finally got some comprehensive and intelligible information that can help me adjust my gunnery habits and down alot more of you so called aces instead of running out of ammo not shooting you down.. getting on your six is not nor has it ever been a problem for me except with 2cemex and flippz,those guys are insane good. By the way Drano, maybe you can teach me that floppy fish looking move you pull everytime i get behind you. Or do you have epilipsy? How do you make your plane wiggle and sporadically jerk side to side and up and down so violently like that?
Help me with these specific issues big guy..
1.) How to shoot down an A6 Zero that takes 30 direct hits from my 20mm cannon at a range of 300m without taking a damage?
2.) How to shoot down the guy that runs away 2 quadrants and only turns to fight when he is circling in his ack? Like drano here.
3.) how to shoot down the bomber that wipes out your ords and then bails and then ups a wirb and shoots you down?
4.) How can I fly a Tempest in VR when there is no flight stick or throttle in the cockpit?
5.) how can I stop the random spacial sensor recentering from occurring every 5 minutes that knocks my pilot position out of wack causing me to pause the game and recenter?
6.) How can I fly any plane with a yoke in VR and Not get locked out with "dont move controller too rapidly" the instant I engage an enemy or enter engagement with a base or strat or ship? Even in steady level flight? By the way? How can you fly a yoked plane like a p38 or mossy or b25 with a HOTAS flight stick? How the hell does that work? Thats probably what causes the glitch in vr Dale.. worth looking into. In the meantime, disable the left side of the yoke. Seems to happen less if I keep my left touch as far away as possible in flight.
Vinkman, you are a great stick, very very hard to shoot down and you dont run from a fight. I salute you. I appreciate very much all of the technical information you took the time to provide me. Reminded me of advanced marksmanship and high angle mountain marksmanship training the Corps put me through.
Unfortunately it doesnt really apply to me because I fly in VR, always in the cockpit and I fly with the native joystick in the plane. The Oculus Rift Touch Controllers allow me to grab it and fly the plane with it. Dale has really done a great job of making each plane react the way it would in real life using the actual stick. The spit and typhoon with its weird loop ring handle, the I16's tight rolling, the P40 and its '76 monte carlo like slop in the steering. Dale did a great job with it.. better than DCS, blows away war thunder and il2.
The only way unfortunately for me to get the firing solution down will be the same way they did it back it the day.. Kentucky windage.. Still would like to spend a bit of time with you in TA Dolby and fly a bit if you are willing to listen to my questions and reasoning behind those questions and be willing to approach assisting my gunnery my way. That would be great. The rest of you Trolls that call me a dk head, or hate on me because i speak the truth or take a different approach than your higher than mighty way.. well you can just kiss my Marine Corps Arse.. Drano, stop running away from a fight.. you are in a 190 for christs sake. Man up or sit in an 88.
