Oh, I was thinking more he wanted to just have a test mission practice with his ME-262 attacking against an AI bomber form.  Like the other Bomber Intercept offline missions I had done for Wiley.

I wasn't thinking from a bombers point of view.

Flying for 5 minutes I think is acceptable. The other thing I am interested in practicing are WGR-21 rockets, add 109 and 110 to air spawn as well? Ever since the wikipedia for AH has gone dead there is a dearth of technical info for the game that is readily accessible for players. Feel free to link if you have the info.

Well, you would want to run exactly those.  It the travel time to action would be too long for practice.

I could make you a practice version  with B-29 formation and P-51 escort and air start you in a ME-262 1 minute out from the formation.  Would that be acceptable?

Will the practice attack missions be available for custom arena use?  If so, then would the Bombing Berlin be available?

I can post the arena settings for players to make a custom arena and the instructions to start the scheduled mission.

The more players doing this on their own will increase the fervor for these events.

I uploaded one called "Defend Berlin".

Select to fly for Axis.  You can choose from a 262, 110, or 109G-14.

Just fly straight ahead after spawn you will find the bombers.

Give it a try.

I have flown the G-14 a few times. Looks pretty good, I only wish the spawn was put a little further back so I could change attack positions if I wanted.

I'll adjust it a tad tonight.  I assume the 262 distance was ok?

Game crashed when switching missions. Perhaps my error. Haven't used this functionality and never knew it was there!

I will say that if it is the same distance... it was already close for the G-14, so it's going to be worse for a 262.

It's further back.  Probably OK.

If you look in your Aces High /Temp folder and see a *.dmp file with the time/date you crashed, post it in the bugs forum so Hitech and debug it.

How do I play this mission solo?

How do I play this mission solo?

1. Go to "offline missions".
2. In the list of missions, scroll down and find "Defend Berlin" and click it so that it has a blue border.
3. Click "download" button.
4. Click on "Fly for -  Axis"
5. In flight drop down choose the plane you want to intercept with,
Hit "OK" and the mission will auto-load and start.
