Map Question
« on: April 22, 2020, 03:14:50 PM »
This concerns Some players and Mostly Hitech will be able to answer me since he might or one of you out there might know What I am talking about. I remember there was a very small old map in AH2 where bases was high up on the mountains and the vbases were lower in the valleys. It is not the pizza map I am talking about. The map I am talking about was one of AH2 very first map...If i can recall correctly the map was called AH...I can be wrong about this....but again it would be kool to have that map remastered to AH3 standards...I think it would be fun.

Trying to rack my brain with all of the older maps. Beta was a small one but I'm not sure about V-bases in the canyons.

Mesa or the the original that was redone for AH2. All the "valleys" were like cracks in the terrain, betaMA maybe?

He may be thinking of Aces High Beta Map.  An airfield at 10K in the middle of the map with a slice of pizza and a bottle of beer placed on the map.

Wow..........Beta.  That was a long time ago lol.

I still have AH2 on my pc, I'll look for it. As I recall each country was separated by mountains with 3 canyons running to the adjacent country, then each canyon had 2 vbases for each adjacent country.

I think it had the giant squid too?

I remember the Fat Drunk Bastiges would take that field and would fight to the last beer to hold it. Fun times.  :old:
