10 penny nail works to weight the head to drop for great action.

You got a picture of that? Sounds interesting

Wasn稚 an insult but to each their own!

Watching Levi, was a thing of beauty. He could clear a hornet's nest of enemy planes with anything he flew. I watched him nail at least 4 enemy with Spit V 303's after his cannons were spent. The dude was incredible.

Ah cool I see now. Kinda like a wacky rig. So many different styles. Love it.

We call it Texas rigged.

Depending on what you are fishing, you may weight the head or the tail.

That's not a texas rig.  Texas rig is a bullet weight, pegged or not, in front of a soft plastic bait on a offset worm or EWG hook.

Pretty much the same.... That is why we call it Texas rigged. Been called that for a long time around here. It is weighted... but inside, no bullet weight.

The Texas Rig is by far the most popular and well known rig in bass fishing.  Anyone remotely into it knows what it is and it is as I describe.  Post a link that describes/shows the Shuffler "Texas Rig".
