I only have to calibrate mine after flashing the firmware. I check the cal in AH but it usually doesn't need to a recal.

I've attached my AH config for the VKB stick. I've also stuck a blank image with the layout of the hats and buttons you can pencil stuff in while you're tweaking your arrangement. Hope this helps

What is the sequence for gunfighter calibration?  I've only been calibrating the axis on my Gunfighter Mk III with the SCG Premiere, didn't know there was a sequence needed to be followed to not just calibrate the axis but certain buttons and the POV's.

BTW Step 1f is VERY important! Do NOT use windows to calibrate this thing.

I'd unintentionally edited the wrong VKB profile in my above post. I think that one might actually be for IL2 even tho it says AH. The image of the layout I posted is right. Will get the right profile up in a few once I check it's right.

Yaknow the funny thing about that is that's exactly why the original ones were orange. Just like the "black box" on an airliner. The new ones are actually colored black. Guess it was too confusing.

OK think I have this unscrewed up now. Try this profile that's ACTUALLY for AH! This one if for Aces High in VR with Voice Attack although if you are using TIR you can use the same commands for the tracking.

Thank you Drano!  Your blank is much nicer than the one I had started.

I stole it from some other site and jacked it up a bit.

Thanks Drano, I carefully followed this sequence last time I calibrated, and for once it seems to have held, in contrast to when I followed, as I recall, a slightly different sequence they have in a Youtube.  So now I have a shortcut on my desktop  for future reference.

On a different note, it appears that my MCG came with the soft-center aviation cams installed, which I suspect is the best set for my use,  but am thinking I may want to try softer springs.  As a starting point, it would be nice to know which springs they install stock in the base when they ship it   Does anyone know which springs come pre-installed?

   # 20 were in my first Rev. A mcg pro. I swapped them out for # 10 for a year or so but went back to # 20 and put back the hard center cam and like it that way. However, I'm going to try the # 30 springs soon, just to compare them.

Good that the vkb stick has all the options to tinker around with it. It's not difficult once you've done it a couple times.
