Shelling a town or base from a moving CV group is not that difficult.  Players have different methods.  It is easier if you can visually see your target in the gunsight, but if not then it becomes less effective.  For instance, a town is the target.  HTC generated maps usually always have the towns running in a SW to NE orientation.  Bustr created BowlMA, Oceana, Riftval and maybe another where he changed the normal orientations to many different alignments within the map.  There are data sheets that label the direction of each town and orientation at each base on the maps created by Bustr.  In addition, I have created a town map and legend that shows where your rounds have landed in a town and you can move the gun slightly to hit more of the town.  Remember to zoom in on the map room dot all the way before setting the land mode feature.  Remember the dot is just the map room and not the whole town  You would be surprised how far off your rounds are when you don't zoom in (insert and delete key).  When in land mode and even though the task force is moving, if you don't move the gun and fire again, the 2nd rounds will fall in about the same place.  Some slight movements with the W,S,A or D keys will move the spot where you are targeting or use the left click on the map for a different spot.  If anyone would like assistance, just ask and I would be happy to help.  If you would like the town map and building legend or the town orientation data sheets, just PM me your e-mail addy and I would be happy to send them to you.

Cheers,  One-eye
