Patch 3.06 not working with DX9

Map doesn't display, sky is weird, and some cockpit views are even more weird.

I am  having issues too, Tower view looks like trees are in front, then they disappear. No texture to clouds at all, looks like a gray winter day. Clipboard maps only show field names and numbers, no terrain or water.
