Arlo:

The Skyknights are one of the oldest squadrons in Aces High, dating from the Air Warrior days in 1995.

There are 13 members, 9 of whom fly regularly in the Main Arena with the Rooks. Our specialty is bombing and base capturing.

Roster:
2Slow
Ozone
Seadog
SKBaine
SKBZotch
SKColt
SKGnslgr
SKHammer
SKJackD
SKMegz
SKRibbs
SKspits
SKFGAlpo (squadron commander)

Squad Night is Sunday at 8:30 PM EST
Vox Channel: 125

There is also an active Skyknights Facebook group.

I tried to attach our logo art, but can't seem to do it.

When Arlo put together a site on the our virtual Jolly Rogers i shocked how long it had been around. All the squad info on members and history he amassed is really cool.

I forgot about this until now, but I had played around with a Flash-based carousel with active links from the squad logo to the squad's webpage where available.   You can control the tilt and speed of the carousel with your cursor.  I recall at the time, Skuzzy thought Flash was not secure. I see now that browser support for flash is ending this month.

But for old time's sake, here it is:

A few of the links still work.   Boy we had a lot of great squads back in the day!  Lots of squads started between 1995 and 2000.

Arlo,

Turns out that was not the correct logo for the SkyKnights - SKOzone provided this one:

Grits was the guy who re-formed the Gunfighters as an AvA squad.  He did a great write-up on the squad's history, I kick myself for not having saved it.  A lot of AW and AH luminaries were in our squad at one time or another.  If HiTech reads this, he'll probably be able to name some of them.

Possibly Fork has the writeup, he's clever about things.

Thanks for all this work, Arlo.

Just want a one-stop easy shop for squads. But I am thinking of adding squads that are historical benchmarks of the game even if no longer active.  :) :salute
