Think that is a post war scheme in that link. While in Air group 4 they would have looked like this on the Essex.

They should look like VF-15 since they were both stationed on the Essex, just finding out the assigned plane numbers would tell who was who. Chances are they probably shared aircraft i just haven't found that info.
