Good point.
Could mitigate that issue by:
a) a XX-minute lower bound on an otherwised scaled side-switch time in any direction, and/or....
b) a XX-minute lower bound on returning to a side.
In any event, it's addressing the issue of weird imbalances among the countries making the game hard to engage in that I'm hopeful we can address - however that can be done. Posted originally to see if others were bothered by the problem, and to hear their ideas on what might help.
