In the interest of parity A28 needs a spawn, (maybe from P32 ?).

I like spawns at the AAA and Dar strats, but if they came from big fields on the main islands (11/12, 33/34, 57/59) those fields would become prizes.  As it is, they are mostly ignored.

Seems like the Europe Summer tile set has more dense trees than the original, might want to thin them a bit in the paths from spawn points to towns/fields/strats.

No sir,  I did change the spawn points around to move them within 3.25 miles, added spawn points to all the strats except the Refinery, and every base has a least 1 spawn point into it. I added a BB task group to each country as well.  I also used the Europe Summer Terrain set.
