What was the favor that eagler was asking for that requires him to send gifts to the game
Makers? Not trying to be snarky - just confused.

If you wanted Dale's attention on something that isn't on his priority to do list, it worked a lot better than implying in public that he had his priorities out of order, either intentionally or unintentionally.  That's all I'm sayin.

Not pointing at Eagler here, I was insensitive enough to try it the wrong way more than once.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

The News on the website shows: Aces High Skins Update for July 2015

Perhaps one way to proactively have the website News updated is weekly take an extract from your coding or project notes and insert that to the website (yep I am a programmer).  In this way:
  • You dont have to spend any time updating this part of the web site.
  • We can see what changes are being worked on.

EDIT: This is a high level idea.  You can adapt this in a functional manner of course.

Thanks,

X15 :salute

I'd rather time be spend moving those damn trees from the end of some runways  :)

Seriously, though I think it would be helpful to talk about some ideas for updating the website to perhaps help give ideas to whomever does update it. I have a lot of experience with data driven websites and would help if I had time for free, but I will add a suggestion for this forum which is one of the most active parts of the website. For example, make searching easier. No matter how I sort search results the first result I get is over 20 years old. Its hard to find a recent thread in my opinion by search terms unless I'm just doing something wrong.

That is really the only complaint I have but it is just a suggestion. Submarines, manned guns in towns, and shorter spawn points, and the retirement of ENY would make me happier than fixing the website :). That said - i keep playing so I must like it.

Cheers all.

When searching, use the "Advanced search" button at the bottom of the box. When that window opens you can adjust how far back you want to search in days. I go by years, 365 days or 630 and so on.
