Alt Cap in FSO
« on: July 23, 2021, 11:30:43 PM »
Would 4.9K over the Alt Cap for bombers be acceptable?  Just want to know for future flights.  I attacked a set of B24s over the target at 24.9K.  As they continued to fly out of the target area alt reached 28K.  I can understand a few hundred feet off, maybe even a thousand but almost five thousand?  I do have film but will need help in figuring out how to submit if needed.

In film viewer to the right there is an area you can start and end film so it is a short clip for the CM team to review.  Once you save that clip, send it.

In further review of the logs, the pilot in violation had one recorded kill and one assist with no damage to the target area.  I did not name the violator to keep this complaint as low key as possible and that there really was not much contribution to the war effort with the exception of two planes taken out of action.  I do not see the need to pursue this any further unless the CM's decide to pursue the violation further if the outcome of the scoring system should warrant it.

I am pretty sure that was myself and my XO in that B-24. He was the pilot and having control issues all evening.

A yappy back seater like Jester wasn’t popular or fun to fly with, more of an unnecessary distraction than anything else---Puma44
