Steam VR and Oculus VR are two different VR systems. You can use either one with the Oculus.

True. I have both installed. I run Oculus for AH (actually opencomposite VR) and SteamVR for IL-2. When I start AH it asks me if I want to run my Oculus headset first, if I select no it asks if I want to run my SteamVR headset. If I select no again it starts AH on the desktop.
