Thanks to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin, which is an adoption of one first submitted by Kev367th in 2006.
In late 1944 Rolf Arne Berg, Wing Commander of the RAF's 132 (Norwegian) Wing, ordered his personal Spitfire repainted in the Norwegian Air Force's red, white and blue banded markings. This lasted until January 1945 when SHAEF found out and told him to remove them. A month later while flying an extra sortie after his tour had expired he was shot down and killed by flak over the Dutch town of Eelde.
