cant open game in oculus

I cant open the game in my oculus. The game will open on the desktop, but all I get is the splash screen in oculus.
Anyone else having this issue?

For me, when I get the splash screen in Occulus, I have to lift my headset and answer the "Do you want to use your Oculus?" question on my computer monitor.  Its waiting for the answer to that question, but it doesn't show it in the Occulus.
