Salute to JG54
« on: November 06, 2021, 01:31:27 PM »
I would like to  :salute  JG54 who provided  VF-17's 190's with protection in last nights FSO. Thanks to you gentlemen the 190's were able to make two successful attack sorties on A158, and land at end of frame.

 :salute Sik...

:noid  I'm not going to lie, I saw the number of pilots we mustered, saw your post and all I could think was... "Oh man, here it comes."  Then I looked at the logs and you guys did really well!  Sorry, we were so short staffed, not sure what happened to everyone but I'm getting the cattle prod out for frame 2.

My guys did do very well, and a big part of that was your guys doing what needed to be done. After the first sortie your guys could have gone off hunting, but they chose to stay with the mission. Because they did my 190's were able to make a successful second sortie, and rtb.

I'd rather have three guys that strive to complete the mission, than thirty that do whatever they want.
