FRAME 1 SCORES -

Both Aces were shot down, resulting in 20 points for both sides. The Axis did a great job targeting the hangars, the big point items, at both objectives.

To address some of the points in the other post.

Because of the setup being an Axis Assault, the Axis is supposed to have the numerical advantage. 16 of their aircraft have to be bombers, either G4M1, D3A, or B5N.

In frame 1 the break down was a follows:

Allied:

12 - Brewsters
38 - Hurricane II's

50 total fighters

Axis:

10 - A6M2
13 - A6M3
6 - D3A1
21 - G4M3
17 - Ki-43

40 total fighters
27 total bombers

---

As you can see, the fighter numbers should be pretty even unless the Axis take more (or less) bombers than are required. In this case the Axis took 10 more bombers than were required, creating a 10 fighter advantage for the Allies.

There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I wasn't shot down - more like tore off my elevators while fleeing like a coward. Same result, though.

Also didn't realise Ace kills only counted if the Ace survives, but understood now.

Thanks, as usual, for the fun scenario :)
