vox glitch

Recently I've been experiencing a 1/3 second freeze frame at the moment I key up voice vox, both squad channel and range. So far its just a nusance, but anyway to correct this would be apprechiated. Thanks.

Some info might be helpful to the gurus in here.

Model HMD:
built-in mic?:
dxdiag: (open any window and in the search box type dxdiag.

CTD are called "dump" files labeled as xxx.dmp They are located in C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High III\temp
