And guess what? She's black. She's my sister-in-law. She's from Sudan.

Her family came to the United States during the Sudanese civil war. Before they came here they had slaves. You can look up slavery in Sudan. It's still going on today.

I don’t doubt that at all.

My mom has a close friend who was able to escape the atrocities there and legally came to the US, a real example of asylum.

She’s been here about 15 years, married (another Sudanese refugee) has two children now and works for the TSA at PHX.

She hasn’t had contact with her brother since, found out her uncle was murdered by thugs. Sudan is a mess…the stories she has are horrific.
They're casting their bait over there, see?

Biggest slave owners were the Arabs..fact

There are no black community’s in the Middle East as they castrated  their male slaves…fact

Facts dont care about your feelings

The British outlawed slavery…fact

And you did not fight a civil war to free slaves…fact

You people going to get annoyed again

My sister-in-law never heard from her brothers again after they left. They were probably killed.

They were a pretty well-off family. Well educated too. She speaks Arabic Italian and English all fluently.

Britain first outlawed slavery in Britain while maintaining it in their colonies.

The civil war was about constitutional limits on federal power. That sounds familiar. But the issue that drove the question was slavery.

Believe it or not at one time owning slaves was not the big issue it would be today...

It is just the political taunting of free money in reparations these days with faked outrage of events from a distance past..

But we are ok with sweat shops providing us with our iphones and clothing as long as we make at least $15 an hour working in air conditioning with weekends and holidays off...

If people are buying Chinese, they support slavery.
