Probably has been mentioned to you, but the Furhman or Esselstyn diet are what many will try to incorporate, even if just partially after CVD/CAD diagnosis or surgery.

Great to hear your on the mend sir. I had noticed you hadn't been on very much lately, seemed to me the amount of wreckage around the bases had gone down as well.  :D

Had quadruple heart bypass surgery three weeks ago.....taking a bit to regain situational awareness and gunner skills. Hope to regain something better than spraying with both eyes closed soon. Always try to honor an opponent with ones best effort. Hopefully better soon. <S>

Look at the bright side, you are still around to get your butt kicked.  :cheers:
