He was LITERALLY arrested for causing anxiety. I just watched the video of the cop telling the guy that that's why he was being arrested. Go look it up.

no police came to talk to him. he refused to talk, his friend also got arrested for interference with police.

they just wanted to tell him to stop using hate symbols. so they took him to the police station and wrote it up as a non violent hate crime.

seen the video the arresting office did say that he caused anxiety. but the police was probably annoyed that he was forced to do that.

just to make a point, once I spent 3 days in jail because I didn't answer my phone when police called. so they got a warrant. they called from restricted number, I don't answer them. also didn't know they came looking for me but I was volunteering at the legion every time they came.  once they talked to me, the detective says I believe what you said but we have a warrant. can't believe you are going to jail for not answering your phone. but truthfully that's not why.  anyway no charges filled.
