Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.
The USAAF's 1st Pathfinder Squadron was formed from experienced crews trained to use the British-designed Oboe navigation equipment fitted to their aircraft. Oboe allowed targets to be bombed even through an overcast. The 1st PFS aircraft would lead a formation who would all drop when it did, or when it released a flare. This particular aircraft had the unusual four digit code of "IH-A1" and a large shark mouth nose art design. It was heavily paint chipped by war's end, not uncommon for B-26s that had seen a lot of service. This was because Martin were allowed by the USAAF to not use primer on the Marauder, presumably to save weight.
