Semp please link to an article showing children slave labor being used in the manufacturing of gasoline powered vehicles..

I have not seen one of those but I do for the battery parts for EV from 3rd world countries

And oddly the average liberal buying into this bs doesn't care about the rights of those kids ..just like their china built iPhone...hypocrites the lot of them

"Pie dream". Don't know if that was from ignorance or inventive. I'll go with the latter but "pipe dream" is old and venerable. The Opium Pipe of course.

The YouTube icon above has a bug. To post you tube videos you need to backspace to eliminate the space between [youtvbe] and the beginning of the url. I hope my explanation makes sense.

I remember Red Sovine's song "Phantom 309" Telling the story of a courageous truck driver swerving off the road to save the life of a bunch of kids broken down in a bus.

Big Joe's Grandson became a truck driver and it was at those same crossroads driving a new Tesla Semi truck while on autopilot watching some videos on the 22 inch touchscreen that gave him more than a "Semi", another bus load of kids was broken down. However this time wonders of modern technology kicked in to save them kids from man's own complacent self and immediately through various subroutines and thought experiments the autopilot made the same decision old Big Joe would've made (it was a very brave computer in that truck). The Semi plowed off the road through the ditch and into a concrete telephone pole at 80mph.

Somehow Big Joe Jr was still alive, for the safety advancements in modern semi trucks had saved everyone's life that night, for a moment. Whilst attempting to pause the lewd video still playing on screen Big Joe Jr took his time to thank the lord our god the Elongated Muskrat for building a safe truck with such a morally right autopilot system.

At that moment a 69 megaton explosion is recorded as the lithium ion battery detonates in the rainy weather, killing everyone with in a 100 mile radius.

You are correct Mano.  That has happened with every YouTube video I’ve posted.  Wonder if that’s a bug in HT’s software or just how it is?

Batteries are never an issue..

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/nov/14/new-york-e-bike-batteries-fires-delivery-workers

https://fortune.com/2022/10/15/electric-vehicle-fires-homes-burned-hurricane-ian-saltwater-flooding-ev-batteries/

First good wreck of an ev semi on an interstate should have it shut down for some time  as they battle the battery fire it produces - as if a backup is not already hours with conventional vehicles

Will be interesting

Or it could be that my internet browser leaves a space. It does it if I use Safari or Brave as my browser.
