Lets play... How did that 30 miss

Think I've got a good shot of the 30s malfunctioning because I have no clue how this missed. Maybe somehow my 30 did miss, but I'd like some further evidence/explanation of that if anyone has a keen eye.

Looks to me like the first 30 went in front of the right wing, one 13mm hit the right wing, a second 30mm passed behind the right wing, and a second 13mm hit the right elevator. Using the "gun camera" view and slowing the film to .11 speed you can see the misses, and the 2 hits.

I see only one 30mm tracer (with the spiral smoke) which misses ahead of the target.  It looks like you fired two bursts, no more than 5 rounds total (there is 1 tracer per 5 rounds of 30mm).  Is that what you see on the ammo counter?

I saw those shots too Fugitive but cannot believe a 30 didn't hit in-between those. I thought a 30 hit right on his nose cockpit area when it happened and was shocked to see no damage when I looked around at him. Then I watched film and still cannot believe a 30 wouldn't have connected. I know atleat 3-4 30s would had to be released on that shot. Normally a 1 second trigger pull releases at least 3-4 30s.
